§ 4. Delivery

1. The product is sent to the address indicated by the Customer in the Form, unless otherwise specified by the Parties.

2. The product is delivered either by courier or by mail operator at Customer's option. Shipping via postal service should be delivered within 3 working days from the date of shipment of goods, and through courier service - within 2 working days from the date of shipment of the Goods.

3. The Customer may not collect Personal Goods in the Store.

4. Along with the Goods, the Seller shall deliver to the Customer all elements of his equipment and instructions for use, maintenance and other documents required by the provisions of generally applicable law.

5. The seller indicates that:

1) upon delivery of the Goods to the Customer or the carrier for the Customer, they shall pass the benefits and burdens associated with the Goods and the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods. When selling to the consumer, the risk of accidental loss or damage of the Goods shall be transferred to the Consumer upon delivery of the Goods to the Consumer. The delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to have been entrusted by the Seller to the carrier if the Seller has not influenced the choice of the carrier by the Consumer,

2) Acceptance of the consignment with the Goods by the Customer without reservation shall result in the expiry of claims for loss or damage in carriage, unless:

a) the damage was reported logically prior to the receipt of the consignment;

b) such a statement is abandoned for the fault of the carrier;

c) the loss or damage was caused by the willful fault or gross negligence of the carrier;

(d) non-indemnified damage shall be deemed to have been received by the holder after receipt of the consignment and within seven days he has demanded that it be determined and that the damage occurred between the time of acceptance and the delivery of the consignment.
